Mr. Shipp worked for Engineering Companies in East Texas prior to starting Shipp Engineering Services. His vision was to create a company that his clients knew would be their trusted Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company for years to come. His business model is one of a partnership, where the client’s concerns become the concerns of he and his team. This relationship is where the company slogan was born, One Team One Dream. His clients trust that his company will deliver them the best engineered and constructed product for their money in a timely manner.
